Discover the ten new residents of MAD Brussels

Open Ateliers Days on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 September

The MAD Incubator is a programme to support the Brussels fashion and design sector and is an essential and important part of MAD Brussels. MAD aims to help young designers who want to take up the current challenges of the fashion and design sector. It not only supports designers by offering them a place to stay and create for two years, but also offers them a tailor-made coaching programme with workshops by experts, contacts with local and international stakeholders, and exchanges with social and sustainable entrepreneurs.

Based on the economic potential, creative wealth and social value of the project, five fashion and five design entrepreneurs were chosen by the jury. The selection consists of designers who investigate the current issues of the sector of fashion and design - and society in general. Innovative design as a tool for economic, social and ecological challenges. The 5 new fashion residents are MiPinta, Anneleen Bertels, Kenza Vandeput, Rosie Broadhead and Stefan Kartchev. For design, Studio Minimètre, Guillaume Slizewicz, Kana Arioka, Margot Van Den Berghe and Vanessa Colignon were selected.

MAD Brussels presents its ten new residents in September. Those who want to know more about the textile design of Margot Van Den Berghe, the designs of Kenza Vandeput or the 3D design of Studio Minimètre have the opportunity to visit the residents in their new studio and discover their work during the Open Ateliers Days on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 September.
